What PepulBill is

Billing and ordering software for small shops. It records what you tell it and shows it back to you. It does not handle money: cash and transfers pass between you and your customer, never through us.

Your account

Your PIN is yours. Anyone you give a login to can act as you allow them to, so give them out carefully and remove people who have left.

Your records are yours

Your items, orders and bills belong to your business. We store them and show them to you; we do not claim them.

Payment

PepulBill is a paid subscription per shop, at the rate agreed when you joined. If a subscription goes unpaid we may suspend access — but your records are not deleted for a late payment.

Fair use

Use it for your business and nothing unlawful. Do not attack the service, break into other shops' data, or resell it as your own.

What we can and cannot promise

We work to keep PepulBill running and your data safe. It is still software over the internet: outages happen. Keep your own copy of anything your business cannot afford to lose — Settings has a download.

If something goes wrong, what we owe is limited to what you have paid us for the service.

Ending it

You can delete your business at any time from Settings. We may suspend an account for non-payment or for the misuse described above.
