Dashboard

The Dashboard tab shows sales, Cash in drawer, Awaiting payment, Top items today and your busiest hours — for Today, This week or This month.

Reports

Reports adds net sales, number of bills, average bill, discounts, cancelled bills and payment types, for any range — Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days or your own dates.

Export for your accountant gives two spreadsheet files: bills, and items sold. PepulBill does not calculate VAT.

Finance

  • Add expense — rent, stock, gas… with an optional photo of the receipt.
  • Add money in — money that is not a sale.
  • Profit is your sales minus the costs you record.
  • Cash & bank accounts keeps your drawer, bank and wallet balances in one place.
