Menu & prices
Add what you sell, with a price, in English and Tamil. Switch an item off for the day without deleting it.
Go to Settings → Edit menu. A salon sees Edit services, a shop selling goods sees Edit products — it is the same screen.
Add an item
- 1Tap Add item.
- 2Type the name in English, Tamil or both. One is enough — it is used for both.
- 3Enter the Price and pick a Category. A photo is optional.
- 4Tap Save, or Save & add another to keep going.
Starting from scratch? Ready-made packs fill in common item names for your trade — you only type the prices of what you sell.
Product or service
Add item starts with What you offer. A Product can have a SKU / barcode, a cost price (the form shows your margin) and stock. A Service can have a duration and who it is for — everyone, men, women or kids.
Stock
- Open Stock management and switch on Track stock. Enter the Stock on hand and a Low-stock alert level.
- Stock goes down by itself when a bill is paid — once per bill.
- The list shows Low: 2 left, Out of stock, or Expires in 5d when an expiry date is set.
Sold out today
Use the Item on / off switch. An item that is off disappears from your customers' menu straight away, and comes back when you switch it on.
Categories
Add category groups your items (Juices, Short eats…). You can Rename a category at any time.
Delete removes an item for good. Past bills keep their own copy, so your records stay right — but to hide something for a day, switch it off instead.
