Log in: PIN, pattern, password or fingerprint

Choosing how you unlock

Right after signing up you choose one: a 4-digit PIN, a Pattern (join at least 4 dots, like on an Android phone) or a Password (8 or more characters). Change it any time in Settings → My Profile → Login method.

Logging in

1. 1Open pepulbill.pepulux.com/login, enter your number and tap Continue.
2. 2Enter your PIN or password and tap Sign in — or draw your pattern; it signs you in when you lift your finger.

The phone remembers you: next time it shows Welcome back with your shop's name. Someone else using this phone? Tap Not you? Use another number.

Fingerprint or Face ID

1. 1Log in on the phone you want to use it on.
2. 2Go to Settings → My Profile and tap Add on this phone under Fingerprint / Face ID.
3. 3Next time, tap Use fingerprint / Face ID on the login screen.

Too many wrong tries

After 5 wrong tries in a row, the account locks for 15 minutes. This protects your shop if someone guesses.

Forgot it?

1. 1On the login screen, tap Forgot? Get a code by SMS.
2. 2Tap Text me a code and enter the 6-digit code sent to your number.
3. 3Choose a new PIN, pattern or password.

The code only goes to your own number, so only the person holding that phone can reset. An owner can also reset a staff member's login from Teams.

Signing out

On a phone: Settings → Sign out at the very bottom. On a laptop: Sign out at the bottom of the left menu. Either way, you confirm once more.
