First-time setup

Two short steps after you choose how to unlock: your business details, then your QR kit — which we deliver to you the same day.

Step 1: Your business

Fields marked * are needed — they are how we find you to deliver your QR kit:

  • Business name — in English, and in Tamil if you like.
  • Business category — a juice bar, bakery, salon… This decides whether the app says Menu, Services or Products.
  • Business type — retailer, service provider and so on.
  • Business address — building or shop no., area or street, city and district.

Your WhatsApp number is filled in from the number you signed up with. Registration type, staff size and email are under More details (optional). Tap Save and continue.

Step 2: Your QR kit

  1. 1Tap Claim my QR kit. Your shop gets its own QR and kit code straight away — it works right now.
  2. 2The PepulBill team brings the printed QR sticker and stand to your address, the same day.
  3. 3Tap Go to my shop and add your first items in Settings → Edit menu.
Everything here can be changed later in Settings → Business settings → Business profile.
